Bruschetta Bar
It was our first day having the Bruschetta Bar at the Kirribilli Markets. We also had Mamma’s Italian Sweets on offer. For our Bruschetta Bar, Nonna’s Protege cooked some beautiful toppings in the morning including zucchini, eggplant, enoki mushrooms. Some of our popular Bruschetta included ricotta, bocconcini, prosciutto and mushrooms. We had over 10 toppings to choose from!
Mamma’s Ricotta and Orange Zest Italian Donuts sold out. Mamma made them on site. They were fresh and beautiful. She also had her home made cakes on offer. Her cake was made of ricotta cheesecake layered with Nutella smothered with cashew, almonds and walnuts. Til next time Kirribilli! We had a great time serving you.
