You can keep my handmade gnocchi in the freezer for up to 3 months. Use with my napolitana sauce or any sauce you please.
Please note this is the gluten free option.
This will serve 10-12 people.
Cooking Instructions:
- Please keep me frozen
- Only cook me from frozen
- Only cook 600 grams of gnocchi maximum in one pot at a time.
- Bring water to a gentle boil (not rapid boiling!) with lid on and then drop me into the pot and stir a few times, then replace lid
- Drain me at 2 minutes or when one of me has floated (whichever is first) (use a strainer that will strain the most water out!)
- Serve with your choice of sauce and enjoy!
